Please note that from Monday 2nd November
All candidates must take and pass the theory test in-person on arrival at the Training Centre before being permitted to progress to practical training and testing.

- The test at the end of the eLearning theory training is a practice test only.
- If a candidate fails the theory test at the Training Centre, unfortunately, they must leave the course and cannot re-attempt the in-person theory test on the same day.
- Candidates should be asked to revise the eLearning theory content before attending the Training Centre for their in-person theory test.
- Candidates should make notes during their eLearning theory training and bring these with them to the Training Centre. (The test is open book.)
- We will have Operator safety guides available to access in the training room during the test.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CARDS AND CERTIFICATES ARE NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY ISSUED BY IPAF.
You will receive an e-cert and a digital copy of your card on the epal app.
If you require physical copies you need to let us know and an additional charge of £15 for the registration and posting is required per delegate. If the course has finished, then the cost will be as per replacement card/certificate.
PPE
Hard hat, Hi Vis jacket etc, harness (we have some available for use) Safety footwear. Warm/wet weather clothing as required.
IF CANDIDATES DO NOT BRING THEIR SAFETY FOOTWEAR WHEN ATTENDING IPAF COURSES THEY WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE PRACTICAL and will need to return at a further cost.
