WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?
Anyone who supervises or plans working at height. Mobile Elevated Work Platforms(mewp). This is an e-learning course completed in your own time and being able to complete sections and then return at a later date/time to complete the course.
WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE?
To instruct a Supervisor or Manager in what is required to prepare for and safely co-ordinate various types of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) withintheir control.

KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Understand the importance of pre-use checks and of the daily maintenance carried out prior to commencing work
- Understand the regulations relevant to MEWP usage
- Use the correct emergency procedures, capacities and limitations to enable safe operation
- Correctly select MEWPs
- Correctly select fall protection equipment

CERTIFICATION
Upon successfully passing the written assessments each candidate’s details will be entered on to the IPAF central database and an e-certification is done via the EPAL app Physical cards and certificates can be issued at an extra cost. that is valid for 5 years. The PAL Card (Powered Access Licence) is recognised worldwide across industries as proof of platform operator training to the highest standard.
